Central Industries PLC recently hosted its Annual Sales Excellence Awards at the elegant Waters Edge Hotel — a high-energy evening dedicated to celebrating the outstanding achievements of our dynamic sales force across the National PVC and Krypton Electricals divisions.
An Evening to Remember
The evening commenced with a traditional welcome dance by "Sparrow" before Director and CEO Mr. Mayura Rupatunge delivered an inspiring keynote address that reflected on the year's achievements and set the stage for the night's celebrations.
Recognising Excellence Across Divisions
The awards ceremony honoured top talent across Central Industries PLC's key sales divisions:
Institutional Sales and Special Projects Unit was the first to be recognised, acknowledging the team members who drove corporate sales and project engineering milestones throughout the year.
Krypton Electricals Division then took centre stage, with awards recognising emerging talent and top-performing Sales Promotion Officers — earning Bronze, Silver, and Gold recognition. The segment concluded with a prestigious Gold trophy presented to the Best Area Sales Manager of the Krypton division.
National PVC — Dealer Network Division (DNW) followed, with awards for top-performing Sales Promotion Officers across all levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — before the coveted Gold trophy was presented to the Best Area Sales Manager of the National PVC division.

Following a gracious Vote of Thanks, the evening transitioned into a vibrant cocktail reception and DJ session — a fitting close to a night that celebrated the talent, dedication, and competitive spirit that drives Central Industries PLC forward.
