Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
  • Provide product information and guide customers in selecting suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and inquiries
  • Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product displays
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Support sales activities and follow up on leads
  • Manage basic reporting and documentation of showroom activities

Requirements

  • G.C.E. A/L qualification or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales or customer service
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally

Other Requirements

  • Prior experience in a showroom or retail environment will be an added advantage
  • Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if required
  • Knowledge of PVC or construction-related products is a plus
